Compassion is the state of acknowledging sufferings that other people go through and take the necessary actions to help them. It is usually a feeling which arises when people are approached with other people’s sufferings to motivate them and help relieve their suffering (Greater Good Magazine, 2021) . It embodies a concrete expression of love for the suffering individuals. It prompts an individual to take action towards the suffering people when others keep their distance. Serving with Christ-like compassion over judgment makes one have the ability to serve other people even by allowing themselves to be moved by sufferings and experiencing motivations to alleviate and prevent the problem. Compassion motivates an individual to move out of their way to help other people's cognitive, physical, and emotional pains and themselves. Although being compassionate is regarded as having cerebral beliefs like inter-dependence, fairness, and justice, it can also be regarded as reasonable, and its use is recognized as a practice based on sound judgments.
Compassionate individuals should understand other person's conditions and related experiences, the clearer recognition of suffering becomes. Serving with compassion is a recognized perspective of taking, identifying the human behavior, suffering perceptions, feeling transfer, and changes in the knowledge of objective and purpose to the suffering people. Psychology proves that individuals are naturally distinct from each other, which concludes that individual suffering is unique and personal. Suffering can lead to mental, physical, and emotional trauma and can be chronic. To serve the people with compassion requires individuals to observe three main needs. First, individuals must feel that the problem evoking their feelings is severe. Secondly, they must understand that the suffering problems are unforced. Lastly, individuals must picture themselves with similar problems in a non-humiliating and non-blaming manner. Understanding these needs gives one the ability to induce feelings of forgiveness and kindness in which they are capable of stopping conditions that are probably stressful and can lead to violence.

Serving with compassion requires an individual to be competent, enabling them to experience stimulant detection of distress for effective involvement with the suffering. One should be motivated to focus their attention and help address the suffering. Also, people should develop awareness and focus, which helps in emotional sonority and connectedness for suffering. Developing empathy can be a major competency that can help someone develop compassion as it makes one enter into other individuals' experiences. Empathy competencies enable people to develop contagions and proportions for feeling conformed to other people 's emotions (Gilbert et al., 2017) . Besides, an individual serving with a Christ-compassion should not be judgmental and should have an open approach to other people's suffering and distress. Being a non-condemning individual makes one serve compassionately and helps to reduce suffering in others. Additionally, one should serve with tolerance and have the ability to accept the suffering of others and taking wise actions. Moreover, individuals should engage and approach suffering and have the ability to cope up with distress through exploring the causes and conditions of maintaining it.
Individuals serving with compassion should have an effective turning towards attention, behaviors, and reasoning to prevent suffering. Compassion requires individuals to develop listening skills, appeasing and validating themselves and other people, and taking courageous actions. Individuals should develop imagery to put a deceptive appearance on other people’s minds to cultivate compassion. People serving with compassion should also make others feel being supported. They should show a high quality of caring to other people and improve their cognitive well-being and kind behavior. Providing compassionate relations with the suffering people and providing access to care reduces the negative life events such as depression and helps increase their recovery track. As Christ acted compassionate to his society, people are challenged to leave their desires and act compassionately towards other people's sufferings.
