Subject: Need To Close Our Stores To Save Our Company’s Financial Position
I hope that this finds you well. I am writing to you to express my concern about the financial standing of our company, though I suspect that you are also deeply concerned. Over the past years, our performance in the market has incessantly declined, and will predictably reach dismal levels if we do not change tact. For instance, currently, we are wallowing in debt, especially accrued from rent arrears of various stores, and general expenses as a result of the numerous stores that we have.
I am proposing that we close all our stores, and focus only on this one business premise. Currently, customers have changed their purchasing patterns. Numerous businesses have resolved to create e-commerce platforms, where customers order goods online and have them delivered to their premises (Vargas-Hernández, 2015). Therefore, many businesses are resolving to developing superior delivery mechanisms as opposed to operating numerous stores with huge expenses. Firstly, closing the stores will cut down significantly on high costs of labor, rent, and miscellaneous expenses. Since customers now prefer convenience, we will have the opportunity to work on an e-commerce platform and tap into the online market.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Our priority at this time is to try to settle the arrears we owe different individuals and to remain solvent. If we continue to operate normally, it will not take long before we are out of business and probably face lawsuits for inability to settle our debts. Therefore, let us try to change strategy by closing the numerous stores and focusing on the lucrative e-commerce. In good time, I know we will turn the tide around and flourish.
