Reports to: The manager of client services
Summary
An Employee Advocate is primarily responsible for resolving benefit-related issues as well as inquiries (Sullivan, 2004). For this reason, the employee advocate will work closely with the benefits team in the organization to ensure the appropriate provision of the support needed to strengthen the relationship between employees and the clients. The accountability measures and functional requirements of the position are to provide day-to-day support to clients by performing the predetermined set of administrative support activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Protect the privacy and confidentiality of client data
- Conduct enrollment meetings whenever necessary
- Participate in the provision of required support during internal and external meetings
- Assist with the development of employee communication plans
