The A-HA moments for me while doing the module was learning the act-out cycle. From the cycle, I understood a better serious issue that arises when dealing with particular behaviors and how best to handle them ("The IRIS Center," 2005). Another exciting moment is practicing the act-out phases learned in the model. From the activity is was able to understand the module's concept better though having a visual classroom set-up. It was possible to identify children who have issues with their classroom behavior and develop alternative solutions.
From the second module, the exciting part was on choice making. From the part, I learned the mistakes that most teachers and instructors make when dealing with others' behavior. The main aim of choice-making is not to make the students evade activities ("The IRIS Center," 2005). Instead, the focus is to provide them with control over their learning. The insights from the activity will positively impact my teaching. I will be able to identify students who need help with their behaviors, I will now seek help, and I will effectively help the children take control of their behavior.

To be aware of non-compliant behavior and response is suitable as an educator as one can understand all of her students. Knowledge of the topic provides the educator with a platform to analyze and understand their teaching environment. A better understanding improves the interaction between the educator and the learner, and the learning outcomes will be excellent. The non-compliant behavior and response topic provides the educator with the skills that prepare them to be real with the rigid and resistant learners. There will be a smooth transition in the change of behavior, especially among those who are not appropriately conducting themselves.
