Human resource management is a department that deals with people in the company; they are responsible for the welfare of employees. It is important for human resource to sync with the goals of the organization because the same goals will lead to the success of the company. Human resource play a great role in managing people and hence they have a higher chance to influence people, therefore when they are in sync with the goals of the company, they are likely to have better chance in influencing success of the organization. The motivation programs developed by the human resource are in other way a process of influencing the success of the company. The goals and strategies of the organization are directly related to the performance of the employees, the management systems of the human resources will enhance the journey towards achieving the goals of the company (Marchington,et al,2016) .
The human resource understands the needs of the company; they also understand the needs of the employees as well. There is a win-win situation when the human resource syncs with the goals of the company. Since the human resource understands the needs of the company they will also integrate the needs of the company with the needs of employees. This integration will result in a two way expectation whereby the employees will be able to work towards achieving the goals of the company so that they can as well satisfy their needs. Trainings and employee development programs are strategies applied by the human resource; they therefore have to ensure that all the trainings and development have to be in line with the goals of the company. They also participate in selection and recruiting staff, which is an important activity that relates with the company goals, they have to select and recruit staff that will be responsible for the performance of employees (Vivares-Vergara, Sarache-Castro & Naranjo-Valencia, 2016)
