Intuition can be defined as having the ability to comprehend and understand or even know something having no direct reasoning process or direct evidence. The feeling or sense does not use any rational process like facts or data. Having good intuition is achieved through years of experience and knowledge, which allows a person to understand how people or systems work. Intuition is feeling based (NIŢĂ, 2015) . Many managers find confidence in their intuition and forget to make decisions that are sound and based on reality. Any person who substitutes reasoning with intuition is indulging in a very risky delusion that can cost their business. (Klein , 2002) . Such a preference can be unbidden and automatic. In business, intuition manifests itself in people, projects, opportunities, and customers in so many ways (Pachur, 2015) . People, entrepreneurs, and others get a feeling of what is going on without real or tangible information, more of a sense of what is going on and what they want to feel about it. Similarly, in many people, the ability to handle their sense of intuition is a lost skill. Instead of using analytics while making decisions regarding business, or a venture, intuitive decision making relies more on how a person is feeling (Sadler-Smith, 2016) . A person can cultivate their sense of making decisions in such a form by enhancing and following their vision in business, trusting their guts, paying and putting much attention on their dreams, tuning in to synchronicity, and being mindful about the things that surround them in business. There are several ways that one can debiase decision making process, with one of them being not to rely much on intuition.
