The aviation industry has not merely revolutionized the travel experience but has shrunk the globe into a few hours. Today, the aviation industry carries an average of 2.7 million passengers daily and accounts for delivering a significant part of the world trade. The growing numbers have been due to numerous technological advancements and innovations that have been introduced in the industry hence making it more efficient. After graduation, I intend to work in a certain airline where they are currently using artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence has changed airport operations through chatbots for flight bookings and predictive analysis for personalized travel plans

Given the popularity of artificial intelligence, it will continue to ride the wave, such as the aviation industry. Furthermore, the aviation industry has just started realizing the potential and numerous applications of the technology. Automation in the aviation industry has gained momentum as there have been rapid developments in the artificial intelligence field. One of the most efficient aviation industry facets is customer service, particularly booking flights not just when they are at airports (Donadio et al., 2018). The technology has helped improve the overall experiences of passengers. For instance, through predictive analysis by the use of artificial intelligence, data is being predicted to make sense. The industry then uses this data to create offers to its customer base and personalize individual travelers' travel experiences (Morris et al., 2016). Besides, the AI can be applied in reading out passports and filling in information for flyers. This has eased tasks of data entry and management, making the process manageable.

In conclusion, artificial intelligence has impacted the aviation industry's overall operations by improving customer experiences and easing data entry. As AI gains traction in the industry, it is anticipated to make more changes in the airport's operations.
