Healthcare facilities and customers can use artificial intelligence to monitor their patients' health no matter where they are, send alarms in case of injury or accidents, and remind the patients and providers about health check-ups and medication. Machines, unlike human beings, barely have biases. They can only be driven by algorithms and data imposed on them by human beings. AI thus can be used to foster diversity by detecting potential biases and especially in decision-making processes. It can ensure that all people get equal opportunities in the workplace and that all customers are treated fairly and equally.
