The implementation is essential in maintaining of a unique, loyal clientele, and JH cupcake Company has failed to keep such a loyal clientele due to offering a blind eye to such monthly or weekly rollouts.

The new innovation measures to be considered the most is the introduction of an online store which offers free delivery services to the customers. The other innovative measure to be considered is an introduction of massive online marketing strategies especially through the various social media handles that are available.
