ERP systems consist of programs that are used in an organization to manage its critical operations both internally and externally. To entirely and comprehensively integrate these systems across my entire organization, I would consider covering all the information management needs. Subsequently, I would handle the internal organizational environment separately from the external one to promote maximum efficiency of the system's potential. Moreover, I would also make sure the exchange of information and documents is conducted through the system's web-based designs such as the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) (Nwankpa & Roumani, 2014). I would also use other methods such as transport management and manufacturing execution to and incorporate them with the ERP as the backbone for increasing the effectiveness of the external and internal operations.

Additionally, I would attach to a distinct Consumer Relationship Management System (CRM) since it forms the organization's basis for competition and business communication. I would also consider the cost of integration and implementation that would be used in hiring proficient experts for customization and maintenance (Rainer et al., 2013). Overall, the inclusion of an ERP system for our organization would be structured around efficient software customization approaches which are influenced by a comprehensive understanding of the company's unique requirements and needs.

Structuring the Implementation of the ERP System using the Project Management Framework

The project management framework is used in standardizing the regular tasks while ensuring that the available resources are efficiently utilized. As such, I would use the project management framework in structuring the implementation of my ERP system. Using the project management framework, I would determine the condition of the client corporation which includes an analytical approach towards identifying the natural environment, organizational culture, and the company infrastructure. In this case, I would also select the appropriate units-modules of the ERP that will be fit for the client company. The structuring of the ERP system implementation would also be based on the inclusion of various consultants who will have access to the project data for better decision-making measures (May, Dhillon & Caldeira, 2013). Most importantly, I would prepare a task list that is based on the modules to be used and the time-frame required for implementation. Still, on the structuring stage of implementation, I will prepare a resource allocation sheet which is an Excel sheet for filling the estimated time frames. Thus, I would engage in the application of skills and knowledge to meet the project's expectations and stakeholder needs while considering the competing demands which include quality, cost, and time among others.

Positive Impact of the ERP to the Organization

The ERP system is characterized by a vast array of positive impacts on the organizations, especially regarding project management and operations. One of these impacts is the increased productivity in which the workflow will be streamlined hence creating sufficient time that can be channeled into other ways (Ruivo, Oliveira & Neto, 2014). In this regard, more value will be added to the operations since they will be more effective. The other impact is the proved project management whereby the overages will be reduced while the delivery schedules will be improved. This means that the organization can make rational and smart inventory decisions that are influenced by the development of clean processes and data. Besides, the ERP system would promote a better flow of cash since the automated processes significantly mitigate the day sales outstanding.
