Employees’ motivation boosts the working morale. The results lead to better staffs’ performance in their assigned tasks. Motivation is also a form of creating job satisfaction strategy. It is an internal drive that boosts the willingness to work and excel in personal goals as well as organizational goals. All management departments in any organization should always focus at ways of motivating their employees hence reducing staffs turn over. 

Differences between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment determine the level of employees’ performance. However, employees may be committed in an organization achievement while they are not satisfied with their job ("Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment Among Employees," 2017 ). Employees’ satisfaction automatically leads to work commitment. Company leaders and managers need always to consider the maintenance of satisfaction levels of the employees through comprehending staff’s needs as well as inducing a positive attitude and right emotions to them, in the current working environment. Regarding organizational commitment, the company heads need to raise awareness and acceptance of company goals to the employees and to come up with the right attitude of staffs about their work. Also, develop their skills and knowledge, implement collaboration strategies among staffs, and create loyal awareness to the company. In general, there exist a positive relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction among employees.

The strongly related aspect to the performance of the company chosen 

According to the company of my choice job; Microsoft, satisfaction promotes effective organization performance than organization commitment. Job satisfaction determines the organization performance and hence has a greater impact. For instance, in 2009 Ballmer Microsoft CEO introduced an employee culture that allowed them to make independent personal decisions that would enable them to move forward on ideas and projects faster (Harris, 2012). In this case, the performance of the Microsoft got enhanced to a greater level. Job satisfaction to employees defines the success of any company. It also acts as a motivator to desired results. 

Apply motivational theory and performance management principles to evaluate the company as a potential employer. 

Motivational theory entails how organizations and company inspire their employees about psychological growth satisfaction on the work conditions, either as a group or individual job roles. Various factors in the workplace may either lead to job satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Motivational factors result in occupation satisfaction. Some of the motivational factors include employee growth, appraisals, advancements in work, responsibility. Performance management principles define, appraises, measures, and provides feedback and refining performance. These principles are the guidelines towards organization goals, achievements and the reliability of attaining the set targets. 

Microsoft Company applies motivational theory and performance management principles in the following ways. The company has favorable reward systems to its employees regarding salaries and remunerations and even rewards for good performance. Appropriate rewards in an organization increase the worker's expectations. They work towards reaching a certain goal to get rewarded. The employee perceptions of the company is another factor. Is the reward given equitable to the job accomplished; and if their perception is positive their level of motivation for the job increases. Microsoft applies the law of equality to all employees which has boosted the employees’ perceptions. The company also has implemented goal setting strategy to promote its worker's productivity ("About - Microsoft," 2019). There is also the presence of effective communication and ongoing feedback that endorses performance management. 

All companies and organization should ensure that their employees enjoy job satisfaction at the workplace. It will lead to their commitment to the organization tasks and boost the overall performance. Additionally, motivation promotes company success. Motivated workers have high working morale, and they feel appreciated by their employer. Performance management outlines the drive of any company operations.
