Part 1
1. I am currently a student in the university who has a great interest in becoming a juvenile probation officer. I feel for the juveniles who are in probation, and I would be glad to have a chance to work with them and help them rediscover their path in life. I also like to watch movies, work in teams, and read a lot on human psychology to understand my target group.
2. My strengths include my discipline, dedication, enthusiasm, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. My weaknesses are that I get so engrossed in my job that I lose the sense of time and that I have a hard time letting go of projects that I feel have not met the end I envisioned.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
3. I once received input from my supervisor regarding the work I had done. I was requested to review a project I had used up a lot of time on. I listened prudently and found ways that I could better the project through the commentary given by my supervisor. I am always keen to pick up from others who have a different viewpoint from mine as it always strengthens my skillset.
4. I once worked in a project with a colleague who did not particularly like me. I had noticed that she was avoiding me, but we needed to work together for a successful project. I asked her aside and talked with her. I let her know that we had to put our differences aside and work together. We decided to work as a team, and the project was successful upon its completion.
5. My salary requirements range from between $50,000 and $56,000 per year, but I am open to negotiate the amount depending on the benefits and bonuses.
6 . I believe I am the right contender for this job as I have what it takes to thrive in this role. I am emotionally stable, thick-skinned and I am also eager to help with difficult juveniles who have no regard for authority and can do so successfully.
Part 2
1. I was able to highlight the qualifications needed for my desired career. My qualities, such as being emotionally stable, being good in critical thinking and decision making, and working with difficult juveniles, help me meet the qualifications for the position.
2. I would, however, like to improve my critical thinking and decision-making skills to be able to find innovative ways to help more juveniles on probation. I am willing to learn from others with more experience in the field by volunteering to work with them, thus enhancing my critical thinking and decision-making skills.
