The culture and heritage of the Jews have been well recognized mainly because Jesus Christ was with them during his ministry, and they have remained with the ministry since his death and resurrection. A greater part of the world accepted the story of Jesus and the biblical teachings and accepted Christianity as their main religion. However, the Jewish culture and heritage have been a rich one making it be one of the well preserved and respected. The rest of the world that adopted Christianity did not get along with the Jewish heritage that Jesus Christ lived with. This put through inspiration to people who studied much more about the Jewish culture.

The Jewish culture is one of the most ancient heritage in Europe dominantly in Eastern Europe in the nation of Israel. It dates from the 70 AD. Jewish heritage is the most religious and Godly. It is based on a single super belief on an omnipotent God. Their way of life has been dictated by the ten commandments given to the biblical character, Moses. That bible provided the key foundation to the spring of Christianity ( Kushner, 2012) . The Jewish people adapted a popular version of a related Christian religion known as Judaism. Judaism is said to be monotheistic; belief in one God who presented himself to Moses, Abraham, and other prophets in the scriptures.

The Jews have firmly held on Judaism and refused to take the new religion of Christianity that has dominated Europe and most parts of the world. To them, God is the formulator of all rules in the world ( Ferguson, Harrison, & Weinbren, 2010) . They have chosen to stick to the ancient beliefs and practices in the bible. They obey God, faithfully. The life of Jesus started in Bethlehem; he was definitely a Jew. His teachings have had a great influence on the way of life of the Jewish people. His father was the one God that Judaism was based on. He promoted this idea with a passion.

In the outside world, there are still people practicing some cultural aspects of Judaism. Almost everyone has heard of the one God with some of them choosing to believe in Him. We all go to church or at least have gone to some part of our lives. Those who do not go to church have prayed, some form of meditation or talking believed to be a way of communicating to God. God revealed himself to Moses and gave him a set of rules that his people had to live by. Most people who have adopted Christianity live by these rules. One of them says we should not worship any other god but Him.

The Jewish heritage has, however, come with a set of consequences when practicing it. One of the rules provided by the all-powerful God demands that we should respect our parents, to those who follow them, of course, there is an evident reward that the rule promises of a long life. Indeed people who respect their parents have lived long by obeying whatever they were told which kept them from dangerous, life-threatening practices. However, one of the rules has strongly advised us not to kill ( Wenger, 2010). We all cannot live without killing our enemies that disturb our piece. The modern world resolves to war when they cannot settle their arguments in any other way. The commandments of God should have stated a solution for such scenarios. We all respect the one God that provides us with the guidelines of how to live our lives. There are a lot of controversies over his existence. A lot of people have unanswered questions about God, some choosing to believe in scientist for the existence of everything. This belief is one of the most substantial reasons why Judaism has proven to be a precious and respected heritage.
