Being a leader, I focus on having people that decide to follow me. I ensure to establish trust with my subordinates to ensure that my subordinates can make the decision of following me willingly. In my perspective, I believe that Trust does not serve as something that emerges just because just because consumers decide to purchase something. It does not emerge by just fulfilling all responsibilities. Rather, I agree that trust serves as a feeling that prevails when individuals develop a feeling that other individuals or the organization is driven by other things rather than just for self-gain. While leading, therefore, by feel it essential to earn trust through demonstrating and communicating that I share similar beliefs and values with my subordinates.

As a leader, I believe in serving those that dedicate their service to others. A leader resembles a parent. In the same manner that parents care for their kids to establish self-confidence, discipline, and education, I believe that leaders need to follow a similar trend to ensure that their followers can achieve more than they can imagine. Overall, I agree that being an effective leader requires individuals to ensure the safety of others, be willing to follow, and ensuring to establish a sense of trust and responsibility toward others.
