The purpose of the group is to:
- Guide on career planning and organization and time management
- Provide a direction on how to access campus resources when conducting one's studies
Materials/Supplies
Each student should:
- Have a pen or pencil
- A paper to take notes on what they will learn in the lesson on learning and studying
- Taking notes is relevant for future references

Beginning
The names of the group members include:
MacKenzie, Kim, Salima, and BarkaBahar.
All members major in human resources. Members are two males and two females.
Ground Rules
Every member should contribute and participate in group discussions. As a result, they should have engaged in prior research to prepare adequately.
Everyone must respect others' viewpoints to develop knowledge and ensure everyone feels they belong to this group.
Corrections must enhance respect and promote learning.
The group will have a secretary to record outcomes and share feedback at the end of the discussion.
Every member should embrace and practice appropriate zoom etiquette, such as muting themselves, raising their hands, and using the chatbox.

Activities
The group will focus on each person's dream job as a child.
Members will discuss an individual's major and why they like it.
The group will go through the topic of lifelong learning. Lifelong learning is self-initiated self-education for personal and professional development. It is important for self-motivation, professional goals, leadership opportunities, cognitive capacity, and personal satisfaction. Individuals can embrace lifelong learning to inspire a global transition to learning for life through reframing their goals, finding a suitable learning style, identifying individual interests, and adopting a growth mindset.
The group will discuss in depth the need for becoming a lifelong learner. The points to focus on include personal and professional development. Personal development includes increasing knowledge in a field of interest, gather information to stay informed, and achieve a satisfying personal life.
Group members are required to go through Youtube videos on lifelong learning provided in class to ensure they understand the topic and discussion points. The videos will guide them on prior preparation to ensure they participate effectively. Additionally, everyone will have an opportunity to contribute to the discussion.
Middle
The members will engage in discussion activities to evaluate how they need to prepare for tests and studying.
Members will explore why they prioritize and organize their time and learning activities and how they process the activities.
The group will discuss how they utilize different learning resources and how they organize their work as students.
Members will brainstorm the study activities they engage in during personal studies and relate them to the discussion points.
Career Planning
Group members will engage in career planning to identify the organization they anticipate working in and the resources to facilitate their achievement.
The listing exercise requires members to list resources on campus and organizational apps they think has the potential to inform their professional development.
Additionally, members will discuss the roles of school counselors in their career development.
Closing
The group secretary will review the points made and have students recap what they have learned by having volunteers contribute to what they have gathered from the discussion.
Every member will restate his or her name to have students write them down to enhance evaluation.
