One of the most important aspects of the job is to effectively communicate with seniors, peers, and subordinates in various forms such as telephone and email for effective planning. The logistician is an integral part of the planning process in any institution, and such ineffective communication may lead to unsuccessful planning. Also, I intend to have good organization, planning, and prioritization skills. These are instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of the organization. There is need to prioritize so that the critical needs are met first. Good organization skills are useful in planning. Both prioritization and organization are key in forming budgets, and good planning sees to the success of a budget.

As a logistician, I would like to be solution oriented since more often than not planning has its deficiencies or the plans do not go as expected.
