Appropriate communication strategies are one of the leading contributors to many business success and good public image. Management of any business organization requires that each manager acquire appropriate skills of communication that are effective in mitigating any crisis that is prone to arise within a given company. Managers usually devise different communication strategies based on the nature of the issue at hand. This paper provides different communication documents that address specific individuals and stakeholders within business management. The communication is aimed at addressing the issue at hand in business management. Regarding Scenario 1 that involves the purchase of a smaller company that offers the weight–loss supplement called Kamelon, I would develop different documents that address specific groups while trying to address the issue of the Kamelon product acquisition and marketing (Hussain, 2018) . First, I would compose a motivational email to the internal staff, and second, an informational email to external stakeholders including investors. The third document would be a consumer-facing blog post highlighting the benefits of the product and another document, a persuasive to the business partner. Finally, a document responding to the consumer’s complaint would be composed as well.

This email is aimed at highlighting some of the benefits we have identified about the weight supplement products we have acquired from our recent merging company. Some of the advantages identified from consumers using this product which benefits our public image include the following;

Advantages 

The use of the dietary supplement-Kamelon will help consumers jump-start their diets especially for individuals with difficulty losing weight despite excising and dieting (Wharton et al., 2020) . The impact will increase the number of sales of the product and its complement products in our company.

When you use Kamelon, you can suppress your appetite. These benefits will be effective to our customers as it makes them consume less food hence coming for more of this product even for their beloved.

The weight loss supplement does not care what you are doing as they are always hard at work burning fat and helping you slim down.

By letting our customers use this product, we are certain that it helps to improve their health and therefore we expect very minimal or no reports of medical complications from consumers.

Disadvantage One 

The most common side effect for adopting the sale of these products to our existing and new customers will be that it does not have safety regulations (Wharton et al., 2020) . Unlike prescription medication, which is intensively regulated by the FDA, over-the-counter dietary supplement for weight loss does not have any standards that must be met. They do not require any approval as well.

Remedies 

To avoid the reoccurrence of future complaints, our company needs to register the manufacture and sale of Kamelon products under the FDA regulation. This practice will seek the justification of our product safety as well as avoid future health crises as the product will be operated under FDA regulation (Wharton et al., 2020) . The FDA, should always check the products to ensure all safety criteria are made before they are sold. It is worth noting that contaminated products make it to store shelves on a regular basis to develop a higher interest of FDA checks for the ingredients we purchase and our product as well.

Disadvantage Two 

Some supplements purchased by our company may be impure or contaminated raw ingredients. Since we cannot produce everything for the production of our Kamelon, we may end up buying ingredient from ingredient suppliers who only focus on improving their profits by offering cheap, impure degraded or contaminated ingredients. Some even pad the desirable but expensive ingredients with filters or “fairly dusting.”

Remedy 

It is important to know that you cannot look at a supplement label and know true ingredients. As such our company should by sensitive to use appropriate laboratory techniques to examine the quality of ingredients and other related lements such as pill cases before making any purchase for safety of the final product. To be considered a dietary supplement we must check whether a product contain ingredients that have a history of use in the food supply. Some of the outside appearance might be deceiving.

This partnership will help increase the quality and rate of manufacturing hence more supply to meet the growing demand for the product.

Part F: Evaluation of the Communication Strategies and Methods 

How the Communication Strategies meets the Desired Outcomes 

The process of launching the Kamelon product from the newly purchased company would not be effective without the application of appropriate communication channels. The use of different communication channels would be effective in finding better strategies to launch the product in several ways. For example, the use of direct private messages to the complainant will significantly help in promoting change in the receivers’ behavior, believes, and values. My persuasive communication also considers delivering information unambiguously so that the receiver can decode it. This strategy is achieved in my communication by the use of different channels including emails, blogs, and business letters to ensure the information is received by a specific targeted audience to avoid ambiguity (Kenesei & Stier, 2017). By using this strategy, it would be easier to launch the new product because there would be an impressive public image about the company following an adequate awareness of the new products to all the stakeholders and the public, especially via the blog post content.

How the Communication Strategies Serve the Target Audience 

The communication strategies primarily focus on maintaining effective public relations. This strategy is particularly applied when responding to the customer's complaint by first acknowledging the complaint and assuring the customers about the measures being taken to mitigate the issue. The information in the four channels of communication used for Scenario 1, is concise and complete. The strategies are applied because most of the stakeholders would not have time to read long structural contents in the memo or letter (Coombs & Holladay, 2011) . As a manager, I ensured clarity and direct points intended to the audience. For example, the memo and the business letter used targets to the main reason for the paper.
