The IOM Nursing reports from 2010 and 2016 can be implemented in the role of advanced nursing. Also, as a family nurse, I should achieve the highest possible level of education and medical training using the supposed improved education level. Also, I intend to use the amended Medicare program that allows me as a registered family nurse to carry out assessments of admission and to certify patients for healthcare at home and make recommend admission to hospitals and nursing homes. Therefore, by implementing the amendment of advanced practice of registered nurses, it helps in enabling patients to access clinical privileges and facilities. I stand to gain the rights and privileges to admit patients around the scope of family and still to be able to maintain membership as part of the Medicare service. Through the support from the center of Medic aid and Medicare innovation towards the growth and evaluation of pay and care as a family nurse practitioner, I will be able to maintain my performance according to the measures implemented to show my contribution as a family nurse through quality health care.

The Joint commission together with the community health accreditation programs supports me as a practitioner after completion of a degree program when am transitioning into as a family nurse practitioner. Through the leaders public and private funders together with employers will ensure to monitor my progress, fund creates diversity in the workforce to meet the demands of diverse families.
