The main traits of the company’s mission statement comprise of Moore’s Law power, smart and connected gadgets, and each individual on earth. The initial trait emphasizes on defining a segment of the organization’s strategy, while utilizing the Moore’s Law. The law stipulates that the count of transistor in integrated circuit chips grow by double between one and two years. This mission statement’s feature serves as a direct tactical guide for developing the company’s products (Intel Corporation a, 2018) . By contrast, the second trait reflects the vision statement when it come sot determining the output of the organization. Nevertheless, the mission statement appears more specific when it comes to including ‘gadgets” in this feature. Additionally, the target market in the mission statement of Intel appears in the third trait (Rowland, 2017) . For instance, based on “each individual on earth,” the corporation targets the international microprocessors and semiconductors market together with other associated computing technologies.

The vision statement for Intel is that “if a device is smart and connected, it is ideal with Intel. For this vision, it serves as a general description of the activities that the firm undertakes. As such, Intel strives to adopt a growth mindset in the activities it undertakes, foster creative thinking and innovation, adopt change, and listen to differing viewpoints and ideas, learn from mistakes and successes, and encourage risk taking. Pertaining to an all-inclusive workplace, Intel believes that a challenging and productive work setting contributes to its successes. The company focuses on offering an environment that encourages the workforce to come to work on a daily basis.
