The whole module was relevant in teaching new dimensions and teachings that form a basis of the career path of Counseling. The deep assumptions held by students concerning general knowledge, ways we perceive events, beliefs and actions are assessed critically. The module teachings have changed my thinking about the subject and helped transform norms. Career counselling encompasses all aspects of life, ranging from life in academics to marriage and the workplace. The theories, values, virtues, and concepts taught contribute to the future contexts of career, marriage and parenting aspects of my life and are of significance.
I have understood why people are treated differently in several contexts and aspects that influence our decisions. Some individuals choose different paths facing varying challenges, calling for specific approaches to problem-solving. A complex situation for a population sample is solved much more effortless for another set of people. Ethical differences and gender balance in global transactions and dealings in real-world problems explain the topics covered on media platforms.

The impact of global development in fields like technology is increasingly affecting the number of jobs available for graduates. Technology has dictated how jobs are done since it creates and modifies old positions, the initial skills are changed, and some occupations may disappear. The module has expanded my reasoning beyond the layman understanding of phenomena and how they happen. I am curious to use the knowledge about practices in the counselling field to be a relevant remedy provider.
The fewer divorces among couples in the past years have affected my understanding of divorces in various contexts. It is essential to take time and grow in reasoning and knowing people before making a decision. In future dealings and relationships, I will apply this ideology to ensure much of the relationships I engage in are built based on trust. Families should be made on love and trust, which take time to determine genuineness. I anticipate becoming a family counsellor and help individuals increase their life span by reducing stress and appreciating the role of women in society.
The emotional attachment of different stages in life consequently affects many individuals and families. The whole concept will be helpful in personal growth and scaling to higher professional heights and will be of relevance to my plans with career development. The stages ranging from unattached children in the school-age, young couples, career women and men, and the retirement process need accepting emotions associated with change. The steps, as seen in real-life contexts, come with critical tasks (Gladding, 2017) . Some issues like the death of parents and marriage rebuilding affect many spouses, and it interests me to help solve these problems.
Counselling has taught me the aspect of class and differentiation because there are levels to which unique advice is released. Children experience different mental problems compared to young adults and mature people. I have come to respect each class and acknowledge that every level has its challenges and solutions. Human beings need to develop a conceptual understanding and perspective of viewing situations to achieve great results. Different people have their own opinions, which, when combined and assessed, can give better solutions to global crises.
The cases of spouse and partner abuse on media have been well explained, and I understood the differences that cause chaos. Relationships are critical topics that need intense understanding because it is out of relationships that children, deals and great ideas come to existence. Addiction to drugs and substances have destroyed the career of many youths who had promising futures. Parents and all associates should have a deeper understanding of their upbringing and information about children to solve it.
