Motivation
Motivation can be described as the powerful energy that drives employees to help achieve their maximum contribution. Coming up with achievable goals, recognizing employees, setting clear expectations, and providing timely feedback and encouragement are among the significant factors that make up workplace motivation ( Rožman, Treven & Čančer, 2017 ). In my place of work, the manager has devised different techniques to keep us always motivated. For instance, he takes time to interact with the employees, learning what they want to create an accommodating work environment for everyone. The employees' team is also usually motivated by the management team's constant encouragement, promoting positive self-esteem for the employees.
Workplace Stress
About everyone has, at one point, experienced pressure of stress related to work. Stressful elements are present in any job, even when a person likes what he does. Among the common causes of workplace stress are excessive workload, low salaries, improper social support, and unclear job expectations ( Anthony‐McMann et al., 2017 ). In my current place, the organization leader deals with employees' workplace stress by creating a conducive workplace environment that does not expose employees to excess strain. He is also always ready to listen to employees' problems and provide the necessary help and guidance, minimizing stress levels. Lastly, enough off days are provided for each employee to get enough time to rest and recharge.

Time Management
Organizations can have the same workforce and resources with the same functioning techniques. However, their outputs will completely differ if their management techniques vary. Time management involves planning and organizing your time expenditure between specific activities. Prioritizing time is essential as it minimizes stress caused by work pressure. It makes it possible to accomplish a lot in a short time. Being self-aware and keeping track of my time is the primary time management technique that I can apply to ensure perfect operation in an organization. Maintaining the focus on attaining specific goals will also help me meet my targets within the assigned time.
