It is important to monitor the movement of the bolt while fitting the washer and bolt. Subsequently, the movement of the fingers is also crucial, this is by moving the bolt and washer in either an anticlockwise or clockwise direction depending on the bolt.

It is important to feel the texture of the rock for safety purposes, as usual, a smooth rock requires the utmost skills while a rough one is quite the opposite. Furthermore, the nature of the rock will give an insight into the body and limb movements needed.

Movement of the defender, Seeing the ball after every dribble, Balance when dribbling 

It is important to monitor the movements made by the defender in order to maneuver the defense, also monitoring the ball while dribbling is equally important. Lastly, balance is crucial to allow easier dribble tasks.
