Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) is used to describe how the US Army is part of the combined land, marines and air force. The Army can respond to and overcome the near-peer adversary proficient of contesting America in every field such as cyberspace, space, air, maritime, and land in armed conflict and rivalry (Devon, 2019). The Army modernization network technologies are essential in commanding and controlling the forces distributed across huge terrain, maintaining the common understanding in MDO, and improving the converge impact from the various domains (US Army, 2019).
