Question 5

The presentation of the findings to the NCRCC team will depend on the audience that needs the information. It is essential for McMahon group to understand the information so that they can customize their presentation in a better manner. The presentation to the audience is important as it will attract a buy-in perspective and as such, the presenter must be well versed with the key components and findings and has sufficient responses before tabling their report. Presenting a poorly done report can damage the entire study and cast aspersions on the final findings. Different ways can be used to disseminate and promote the findings carried out by the McMahon Group. These methods include presentations, dissertations and summaries (Cooper & Schindler, 2014) . All these approaches can be formal or informal. For instance, in creating dissemination plan, the scientist must consider an array of factors that include the goals of the project, the audience that stands to benefit from the findings and the most appropriate way to have an effective delivery to reach the audience.

Consequently, the McMahon Group can present its study findings in two ways to the NCRCC board; presentation which is oral, and submitting a written report in form of a dissertation. By combining the two approaches, the McMahon Group can answer any questions and dissect complicated areas of their information as they also expound on the critical or key areas of their findings. Oral presentation is advantageous since it enables the presenter to notice the nonverbal aspects from the audience and address their respective questions (Cooper & Schindler, 2014) . Oral presentation is also appropriate in addressing challenges and allowing interactions between the presenter and the NCRCC board. For example, making PowerPoint presentation enables the presenter to utilize images, videos and audio for enhanced visual impact. Again, it improves interaction between the audience and presenter. It also incorporates the use of slide with charts and graphs that illustrate the outcomes of different groups and studies (Swarthout, 2015) . The integration of multi-media keeps the audience attentive and creates a dynamic and lively method of presentation unlike written reports that may not offer the board an opportunity to highlight problematic areas.

The second method to present the report findings to the board is the use of written reports or dissertations. Written reports are critical since they preserve the data and allow people to compare them with other findings. Written reports are core to the future assessment of set goals and objectives as the management and board can evaluate if they have implemented a raft of recommendations made by the researchers (Cooper & Schindler, 2014) . Written reports offer more detailed information on how the data was extracted and what it means both in the short and long-term organizational frameworks. Reports also offer a detailed analysis and the kind of methodologies employed to attain the findings.

Question 7

The NCRCC’s main goal is to increase its membership and solve the current management challenge and dilemma. The board is considering ways to attract new members, especially those below forty six years. As the results from the McMahon Group indicate, I would implore the NCRCC to add more facilities in all areas, especially the swimming pool and the spa. The research illustrates that about sixty percent of those surveyed under 46 years indicated that swimming pool and a span are essential. The second largest group suggested that a fitness center was necessary and should be added to the existing facilities. Those with such suggestions accounted for about forty-nine percent of the respondents. Having these facilities will attract more members, especially families (Schindler, 2011) . These amenities would open more avenues for the board and accrue benefits to a wide range of customers. The research findings are categorical that investing in these facilities will provide enhanced visibility of the NCRCC. However, NCRCC should conduct more research to ascertain the estimated number of people that may require these facilities. The available information through research by the McMahon Group illustrates that a number of members are willing to pay more as long as they see change in the current facilities (Schindler, 2011) . These people also want to see the facilities expanding to accommodate their different needs and interest, especially in outdoor activities.

Out-door activities and driving range around the year offers the best opportunities for NCRCC to broaden its service offering and attract more members so that it can run sustainably and profitably (Schindler, 2011) . As stated, the swimming pool and the spa are critical in attracting the younger demographics to the place. The addition of a swimming pool and spa should not be considered as purely targeted at the young demographic but also for those who may be well beyond their 46 th birthday. People want to stay fit and exercise and thus adding a fitness center ensures that young members will be attracted to NCRCC. The findings on having an all year round driving range received the least support and NCRCC should not consider expanding facilities but should maintain the existing in the best way to attract more clients before they can decide to increase them.
