The optimal theory is built on the nature of the various set of norms such as realism, facts, one's understanding, and value; turn out to be insubstantial pressure gestating awareness, generating viewpoints, opinions, sensations, significance, and consequently behavior ( Myers, 2009). These values emerging from a prime worldview turn out to be jointly enforced as societal guidelines, regulations, institutional activities, and processes. By virtual of its split stature, the existing superiority realism shaped is susceptible to discrimination, chauvinism, exclusiveness, and environmental deprivation and is therefore defined as suboptimal. A feeling of self-estranged from its interlinking center and moral direction shapes broken and split viewpoints which steer opinions, sensations, and acts that spread even into the societal procedures, policies, and rules. Institutionally supported, the values primary to suboptimal worldview makes it almost impractical to build a fair, holy, and bearable world. The split attitude hinders all-inclusive, integrative reasoning, and will portray the incapability for the superior phases of ego, ethical, and spiritual growth.

According to optimal theory, the possibility for using an optimal or suboptimal approach by the assumption or theoretical structure used is an issue that people must deal with despite the existing cultural worldview supported. This clash of perception can be established and noticeable among persons as they tussle between individual higher and lower self and consciousness. This means that when one's consciousness pushes him or her to do well, the acceptable acts will be evident in their actions. In contrast, if one's consciousness pushes them to adopt such acts as discrimination, anxiety, and selfishness, the suboptimal attitude will be evident. Therefore, contact with the two conceptual models is collective and open. It is the integration into the traditional values, those universal systems for living and sequence understanding reality that cultivates and promotes the trust system that grows as the dominant cultural worldview. Therefore, an optimal or suboptimal worldview will play a significant role in supporting or hindering the achievement of social justice and equality demonstrated today by demonstrations across the US with the slogan ‘Black Lives Matter.’

US society highly promotes a more shallow social alignment. For instance, the current society greatly supports political accuracy than ethical accuracy ( Jamison, 2018). Moreover, the media's power to air social issues and matters lightly with a partial chance for comprehensive discussion depresses the type of critical reasoning, personal reflection, self-analysis, and even acknowledgment for alternate viewpoints that would assist detailed analysis ( Myers, 2009; Myers, 2003). Such conditions set the pace for extensive societal certification of established inconsistencies such as those witnessed in American racism which continuously emerges in many facets like legal and societal policies that intentionally or unintentionally negatively impact the African Americans.

Once a split sequence of analyzing and understanding realism and materialistic systems for a living have been approved and embraced in a community they become self-driven and self-supporting in a capitalistic economic framework that is grounded on rich elite with the poor masses struggling to live ( Myers & Speight, 2010). Challenges with the development of social justice thrive and vision into ways to resolve the challenges remain unattainable when hindrances revolving around race are communally approved and restriction to critical reasoning thrive. The one-culture nature and practices of the existing racial worldview in typical US community bounds the country’s capability to produce the ethical governance and spiritual growth needed in the superior phases of human growth and development and essential for an equitable community. The hindrances that can be characterized as systemic are cultural, shaped by the existing conceptual model portraying a suboptimal worldview. The behaviors most probably happen unintentionally, the techniques to perceive the connectedness and interrelation of self and the noble of all is broken. Thus, the split and uneven, suboptimal realism will prevail to shape the attitude, significance, opinions, sensation, and acts that turn out to be unfair, resource-deprived environmental degraded, communally active system that today defines the community.

Solution

Optimal civilization will be achieved by supporting and facilitating optimal cultural worldviews all-inclusive to support the appreciation of all individuals despite their varying backgrounds. What is more, the psychological knowledge should be detailed and consistent to the significance and be grounded on the integration of research and knowledge from different cultures, and well interconnected to make achievable arguments which can develop the harmony directing and surpassing resistances.

The Optimal Psychology theory is grounded on cultural experiences of the African comprehensive argument, documented in the initial historical records revolving around African civilization, cultural practices, and experiences of the African Americans who have held and supported their culture; this would provide solution and eradication of the existing challenge. In contrast, among countless non-immigrant Blacks, having been defined as lesser beings by their kidnappers and their kidnapper's generation, there is a set that did not lose their value or submitted to twofold consciousness, perceiving themselves in the eyes of others.

Since its initiation, conventional western psychology has been that society that is dedicated to benefiting persons of European origin and shaping the significance of being White and demeaning those of African origin. Currently, the extent of conventional psychology to establish healthy, effective behavior on individuals who value African origin, versus acts of the African Americans viewed as acceptable that are compulsive from a self-firmness viewpoint ought to be investigated methodically. The civilization and the significance of African Americans and their way of living have been researched and restructured with the environment of the best of their culture. This has been the approach of assumption of Optimal Psychology arising from the posterity of the African Americans in the US who upheld their culture and values their ancestor's heritage. African psychology must be detailed enough to create meaning and challenge the bounds of conventional western psychology based on cultural background and worldview.

Besides, additional work must be done to promote cultural pluralism in institutions of higher learning, to ensure that learners interested in researching African psychology do not encounter a lot of opposition and sidelining in the art schools. The scholars must be courageous in their endeavors to achieve the mental health demands of persons of African origin, taking into consideration the fact that the current system must be overhauled and refreshed with a novel system. Critical thinking and reasoning is an important attribute and it should be facilitated and shaped at any level of study, preparation, and exercise since the Africana psychology recommended differ with what people are expected to assume as is in conventional western psychology.

To sum up, in my view, cultivating research of the intricate nature of traditional, social-political, and changing aspects that influence divine and moral growth among sets of native and colonizing persons will expose scholars to the domains of leading thinkers in diverse fields. Moreover, training learners to weigh and become informed in the conventional clinical models and dialect generally employed in conventional psychology will help in understanding where the faults are and the most effective resolution. Such exposure will shape scholars to assume leadership in cultivating societal integrity, given an opportunity to conduct the prerequisite personal-reflection and self-examination required to incorporate various curing viewpoints. The future of African psychology relies on the diffusion of the initial or background principles of ideal theoretical viewpoints to the upcoming group of experts in psychology. Optimal Theory demands a bold examination of the philosophy in the advancement of civilization, the divine responsibility of descendants, the application of customary, the adoration of nature as a margin of the personality, and the society as a workable and socially corresponding element of cultivating and attaining health and life.
