Cost-cutting and efficient processes are organizational changes that can be implemented at UPI through project management. Cost cutting can be done through ensuring that the management structure is reviewed and efficient staffs are left which can be able to carry out the projects faster hence tedious steps (Donohoe & Kelloway, 2016) . A management structure which has many hierarchies makes decision making to take long since communication becomes a challenge and hence the projects take long making the company to incur a huge cost.
I would engage the employees in the management to gain their trust. Through this, they will learn more about their organization and its corporate culture. Employees want to feel part of the organization and I am likely to learn more from them once I engage them (Dixon, 2017) . It is ethical to use the employees in implementing the plans because they will also be part of the organization which is being changed and they might also be affected.

There were other two students’ suggestions that were also supposed to correct the issues at UPI. One was to publicize the company more and the other one was to introduce new product offerings. These are turnaround strategies which are likely to bring in more profit to UPI but it will not be in line with the initial strategy of reducing the cost.
The quality resource that will help me in my task is skilled labor. It is not possible to achieve the set targets of the company if the human resource is not well skilled in bringing in a change in the company (Benn, Edwards & Williams, 2014) . It is difficult working with employees who are not ready for a takeoff.
