Allocate a supervisor

Allocate the duty of responding to customers to another employee.

The hypothesis of the cause of the problem

The employee failed to receive adequate training on how to fulfill the task, thus is not able to complete it within the appropriate time. The employee is also tasked with the duty of customer service, thus lacks time to complete the task. Moreover, the employee lacks a supervisor who would help in realizing the target task. According to Osborne & Hammoud (2017), every employee needs to be trained, motivated, given clarification on the expected duties, given appropriate feedback, and afforded a decent amount of work. The employee is overwhelmed by the task of responding to clients and is not able to perform the target task. This explains why there is a need for the stated interventions.
