At the same time, personal growth leads to increased profits; personal growth affects organizational development, which later affects the bottom line in many ways. Pang and Lu (2018) argue that personal growth raises innovation and productivity hence increasing efficiency and profits. Otherwise, personal growth helps in minimizing cost by reducing workforce absenteeism and turnover. In other words, Subramony et al. (2018), implies that personal growth and organizational development aligns goals and focuses on developing products, service quality, and increases employee satisfaction levels. Thus, shifting the culture to continuous improvement gives the company an absolute advantage in a competitive market.

Additionally, personal growth encourages product and service quality improvement; innovation is a significant benefit of personal growth. Consequently, the design is achievable with employee growth, emphasizing improving morale and motivation, and rewarding success. There is high employee engagement leading to increased creativity and innovativeness (Pang & Lu, 2018). Thus, personal growth increases production and service innovation, using competitive and market analysis, consumer expectations, and preference.

Above all, pursuing personal growth and development by improving employee's unique skills creates far more value, both private and professionally wise. Personal growth can be achieved by setting objectives and placing strategies to complete them and always show the willingness and readiness to encourage one another along the way.
