In my opinion, celebrating accomplishments is essential for an individual to succeed.
I have realized that when I acknowledge my achievements, I develop a positive attitude towards myself. I also acquire enhanced motivation to complete my tasks and outperform myself (Kolzow, 2014). Additionally, society perceives me as having a pleasant personality, which increases my acceptability and inclusivity in my community. Moreover, a continuous celebration of my wins has positively influenced my lifestyle. I now spend my time, money, and energy on productive activities and items that constructively shape my life. I have always honored my efforts as a way of realizing what works and what does not support my success. I strive to adopt the workable routines that advance my wins while avoiding aspects that would derail my performance in all aspects. Further, recognition of my gains has played a significant in helping me to develop a success-oriented mindset. I always ensure that I focus on issues that will make me proud of myself. Honoring my accomplishments also strengthens my psychological orientation. Researchers assert that when an individual is in a celebratory mood, they release endorphins, which enhance their happiness levels. Conversely, failure to observe one's accomplishments may send a message to the brain that one is a non-performer, which decreases an individual's morale when handling tasks. Therefore, the celebration of my achievement has been central in engendering a prosperous lifestyle.
