I would direct and direct these professionals to influence their learners through incentives and reinforcement in affirmative conduct and educational performance. This involves rectifying, directing, and remodeling them to be more constructive individuals.

According to Santrock (2019), comprehensible and understandable relations amongst learners and their professors are of great importance to learners’ performance free one on one interplay.
