I would direct and direct these professionals to influence their learners through incentives and reinforcement in affirmative conduct and educational performance. This involves rectifying, directing, and remodeling them to be more constructive individuals.

I would similarly create time for counteractive sessions when learners may seek assistance from their professionals. According to Santrock (2019), comprehensible and understandable relations amongst learners and their professors are of great importance to learners’ performance free one on one interplay. This proposal will be effective. This is because if students are offered extra freedom to meet and interrelate with their professors based on acquiring information on a specific academic subject, they become expansively familiar with the information.
