Jennifer gathered information using different sources, such as Choon-hee’s responses to interviews. Through this method, Jennifer was able to understand the present situation of Eugene’s condition. Jennifer is also able to inquire about the daily routine of Choon-hee’s dad on how he reacts to a specific location. Besides, Jennifer also gathered information from physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other counsellors who had examined Eugene’s condition. By gathering information from medical history, Jennifer will be able to understand the diagnosis from the specialist and also know what Eugen needs in his recovery journey. Again, by identifying what the patient requires, Jennifer will be able to pinpoint the right environment that would boost his recovery.

Jennifer should have also collected information from other family members to assess if they had spotted any different challenge that Eugene encountered. After receiving the info, Jennifer organized the data systematically, and clearly, way, where each source used was critically exhausted to get the information. The Task-centered model used by Jennifer in Eugene’s case was okay because she was able to outline the goals and objectives that would help Choon-hee’s father. She maximally identified the problem presented to her by Choon-hee, especially about their financial status. Jennifer was then able to integrate their preferences with the intuition. In the strength-based model, Jennifer was able to assure Choon-hee that the hospital that puts patient safety, equity, efficiency, and effectiveness in their care, and it is of top notch. Again, Choon-hee ability to make a choice and resilience is respected. Jennifer intervention strategy sufficiently based on the assessment, research, knowledge, values, and preferences. For instance, Eugen has a substantial cultural significance, and here Jennifer has to place him in a facility that he can socialize with other senior care patients and frequent visits also was a preference that Choon-hee needed to be assured. Field experience is the best practice because one can gather first-hand information, and again, information cannot be omitted, unlike multimedia practice. In field practices, more information collected unlike multimedia.
