Executive orders
Executive orders are presidential directives given out by the United States of America presidents. The executive orders are us aimed towards all the office staff and agencies of the American federal government. The order is not proposed to, and does not, make any privilege or advantage, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in value by any gathering against the United States, its areas of expertise, offices, or elements, its officers, workers, or operators, or some other individual. An example of an executive order is the presidential executive order on imposing sanctions with honor to the situation in Venezuela. I support the executive orders because it is through them that the vast policy changes with broad-ranging effects have been implemented. I oppose the executive rules because they can be misused by the president to amend laws without the approval from the Congress as well as moving away laws that exist from their original mandate.
Presidential memoranda
Presidential memorandum is a type of the executive act given out by the president of America to manage as well as govern the practices, policies, and actions of different departments and the agencies under the executive branch of the American government. The presidential memorandum has the force of law whereby it is used in the delegation of duties, give instructions to agencies of the government on what to do, and finally to initiate a regulatory procedure. An example of a memorandum is the president Donald trump letter to the senate and house and the immigration principles and policies. I support the presidential memorandum because it is instructive, regulative, and delegating. I oppose the presidential memoranda because they are not considered as prestigious as the executive of orders.

Presidential proclamations
A presidential proclamation is a statement given by the president of the US concerning matters of the public policy. This presidential announcement states a situation and announces a law which must be obeyed. Presidential proclamation carries a similar force of law as the executive orders. The presidential proclamation focuses on those outside the government. An example of a proclamation is president Donald Trump proclaims 11/10/2017 as the 88th anniversary of general Pulaski Memorial Day. I support the presidential proclamation because its legal weight shows out their importance to the administrative ruling. I oppose the presidential proclamations because they usually dismissed as an experimental presidential tool for policymaking.
Difference between an EO, a memorandum, and a proclamation
The executive orders are numbered while the other two are not numbered. The numbering makes the executive orders easy to be counted and jeep track. Another difference is that executive orders are needed by law for publishing in the federal register while its optional for the other two. Lastly, the executive orders have a require a higher order of precedence as compared to eh other two which does not have this order.
Limits of the presidential actions
The presidential powers are controversial in that the president has lots of capabilities to commit troops to conditions that are war provoking since the Congress got fewer choices but to fund the project continuously.
The action selected
The action with the greatest power is the executive of orders because it is easy to keep track and count, it is published in the federal register, and finally, it has an order of precedence. For example, the presidential executive order on imposing sanctions with honor to the situation in Venezuela.
