For example, one of the research questions should focus on communication as a factor that enhances good relations. A two way communication, based on situations and feedback, should be created and cemented. Example of a question would be; “Do you think the company’s policies have put your wellbeing as the company’s employee into considerations?”
Research Strategy Rational
With questionnaires, the respondents are given a chance to give honest feedback about how they feel through questions. In some instances, the maintaining of anonymity enhances the authenticity and truth level of the research. For example in close-ended questionnaire, there is ease of calculating the percentage of prevalence of a situation through the likert scale. The respondent can determine the range of their sentiments through the variety of options laid down. In open-ended questionnaire, respondents are given the chance to air their grievances in a wide manner. This allows the listing of most of their grievances, if not all, therefore boosting the results of the research. This type of questionnaire leads to a research built on truth and authenticity (Bryman, (2012).
Research Instrument
In this type of research, the instrument used should ensure maximum information circulation. The information should be based on honesty and realism. Face to face is a good questionnaire instrument. It allows the emanation of heartfelt prolonged grievances and attitude towards an existing situation. Face to face offers a high response rate because it depends on the relationship built between the research team and the employees. It is also advisable in the collection of complex information (Bhattacherjee, 2012).
