Personal

In the career development process, proper planning is necessary to enable an individual to achieve the set goals of his or her profession. In developing my career, I have several personal, professional, and academic goals to accomplish. Personal goals to achieve between 3 and 5 years include organizing a successful charity event to help the less fortunate in the community and educating children with disabilities. Mentor one of my co-workers is another objective that I would wish to achieve at the end of 2 years from now. I would also want to open a children's orphanage in 5 to help kids in the community who do not have parents or those who left their homes for various reasons.

Professional

My professional goals to achieve in five years include implementing and streamlining cutting-edge data management procedures to improve operational efficiency by 12% in three years. The process involves carrying out research to identify the best data management procedure appropriate for my company. In two years to come now, I would wish to reduce the labor and material cost by 5%. This involves increasing technology use in the company to minimize human labor as much as possible. Updating the business continuity plan and creating a 5-year disaster recovery plan for the company is another professional goal that I would wish to achieve in three years.

Academic

Improving my academic levels is also crucial in developing my career. One of the best things to do in terms of academics is to enroll in the Master of Business Administration that will take me two years to finish and equip me with more skills in the business profession. In two years from now, I will also enroll in Chinese language classes that will take approximately one and a half years to communicate with my Chinese business partners. In three years from now, I would wish to learn one of the project management software to improve my management skills and advance my career.
