This paper gives an insight into the primary psychological concepts, perspectives, and theories which conclusively corresponds with my career life path of politics. It sheds light on how the psychological concepts learnt during my studies enable me to effectively tackle personal, social as well as organizational challenges. All are referenced to the sociocultural, biological, psychoanalytic, learning, and cognitive perspectives as the basic concepts addressing diverse human behaviors.

Firstly, the biological perception of psychology extensively reveals that the normal behavior of humans, thoughts as well as feelings come as the results of psychological factors. Such a perception is backed up by the fact that human’s body and mind are connected. For instance, according to psychology experts, violent behaviors among people are presumed to be the product of physical conditions including, brain tumor and other mental states caused by diseases.

Secondly, the psychological perspective of cognitive concept also expounds on human behaviors as the product of mental processes. For example, cognitive knowledge explains that the reason for people behaving violently in different occasions is because some human beings tend to be well endorsed with violence, that’s why they tackle most situations with violent measures.

Also, another point of view clinched on by psychologists on trial to explain the reasons for diverse human behaviors is the learning perception. It is depicted that people get hooked on their behaviors through learning. Such is seen as people may tend to adopt certain behaviors because of the rewards which such behaviors implicate in their lives. For instance, a child’s behavior may be shaped to a desired direction by the use of rewards. From a psychoanalytic point of view, oblivious thought processes and instincts define the human behaviors, which are exhibited through violence. It is postulated that humans are attributed to an instinct of aggression which is viewed as a means of confronting their day to day life challenges. More so, it is depicted that some human beings entirely act as a shadow of their instincts which often guide them to violence measures.

Lastly, psychologists classify sociocultural perspectives as the instigator of human behaviors through social and cultural forces. Therefore, humans are termed to adopt the behaviors which are normalized in the society. For instance, people from violence-prone communities might probably behave violently and aggressively in most situations whereas those from peaceful societies are regarded to have portrayed peaceful attributes (Adler, 2013).

All the above psychological concepts enable us to have a clear understanding of the human nature of the way people think, the way they behave for the reasons they make different decisions. Furthermore, students whose studies are bounded to psychology are advantaged with the ability to conduct successful researches by use of both qualitative and quantitative techniques to explain various observations and solve problems relating to their lines of duty.

Due to my complete obsession with politics, my career path is to be a political enigma who will propel many changes in the present societies for the betterment of people’s lives. As it is broadly known, it takes a lot of sacrifices for one to fully satisfy other people as a politician. Furthermore, a politician must have trustworthiness to be fruitful in light of the fact that he should gain the general population's trust in him. Also, he should likewise create a strong bond of loyalty with associates, some of whom he may need to work with firmly for a stated tenure.

Therefore, my psychological studies have played a major role in imparting me with the knowledge of understanding people’s behaviors. Such include having the capacity to bargain with the people on how to work things out as a responsible politician (Kuklinski, 2001). Moreover, high vitality levels are essential for an effective politician since most of his work may be rushed or met with hostility from unfriendly affiliations. For example, there is always something new to actualize or some part of the government to make strides. Doing this activity in a skilled way expends both time and vitality. Psychology learning has enhanced my perception regarding handling immense pressure from the public through skillful approaches. All these are on account of an aspiring legislator who wishes to substantiate himself.

In summary, it is through better deliverance of information that helps one gain massive support as a politician. Psychological researches emphasize on the interpretation of information as the key aspect of understanding humanity. Critical techniques of perception and conveying of information to people coherently will enable me to easily channel out my desires to change the state of societies. Also, as a psychology student, my knowledge will play a significant role in knowing the correct choice of words and the precise time to speak them out while addressing people with great consideration of their anticipations.
