The sources will assist in accomplishing the objective of re-examining TriHealth’s employee social media policy. The sources provided will enable the organization's Director to develop a report that identifies the potential directions that this policy can take as directed by CEO Mark Clement.

The author acknowledges that best practices promote critical thinking that is needed in organizational growth. This article will provide important and recent information concerning the effects of best practices for social media policy communication.
