As a young person, and a hardworking as well as highly professional individual who always endeavors to meet deadlines and work closely with other team members. I always dream big for the social and economic nature. I am always driven by the desire to deliver excellent services, troubleshoot and solve complex tasks while adhering organizational culture and values. I am highly organized, attentive to details; possess excellent communication skills, and sociable. These are wonderful dreams I always dream to be.
Human beings have various reasons to evaluate in their daily life. They spend a lot of time thinking about how they might improve their livings standards, how to improve their social status, how to increase their financial capacity, how they can get a good job, how they can be happy as well as they think on their eating habits. We normally dream under different reasons and situations.

I experienced many patterns of the dream that took me into the world of wanders. This reflective essay will critically show how my dream journal which I had dream and all data recorded. The paper will consider how my psychological and physical health interacted. What patterns did I saw, the paper will discuss the impact that various factors such as fatigue, diet, stress and exercise had on my dreams and the sleep patterns. Finally, I will explain how this insight may impact my behaviors in the future to lead to better psychological and physical health.
In my entire dream, my psychological and physical health interactions were intact such that my internal memory directed me onto my favorite food I like most. My good breakfast with full sorts of meals that prepared by an international cooker. I have eaten with a lot of fans in that my health was to get to be better off than before (In Moraga, & In Anzaldúa, 2015). The initial dreams about my general health were poor as I felt too bad, I had been taking food that had not been prepared well. The other events of the day were given new thoughts for having a smooth activity of the day. Therefore, my psychological and physical health interactions boosted my social moods as it was well coordinated as I walked up I find myself better than I was before.
Similarly, in my dream, the patterns that I saw were chronologically arranged in a manner that, all my activities and events of the day were fulfilled. My morning program for tea, I had a short break in which I had fans with my colleagues. I am talented in swimming, whereby I took my swimming as the time for lunch approached. I took my lunch together with some fellows; it was a great moment such that my minds and the body were well coordinated. I proceeded to other activities in which it took me some few hours to correlate with the previous ones. Therefore what I saw gave me strength and hope of life.
In addition, the impact on the various factors such as fatigue of the body from the activities I underwent when doing my favorite action of swimming. The fatigue made my body entire body to feel tiresome and call for medical attention which I could not manage.
The diet was sufficient enough, in that all the requirements of the body were inclusive. From the bread fast, it was full of protein, starch, carbohydrate, mineral salt, vitamins among other vital body nutrients. However, my body had some form of stress. I was stressed with body obesity since the food I took was too much. I had a lot of appetite for good delicious meals prepare by the international cooker.
The full exercise of the body was awesome (Johnson, Wade & Tavris, 2012). The body was too much relaxed as my swimming exercise does the best of me. After taking too much of the entire food, I took a chance to make all sorts of body exercise which were suitable for me.
My sleep patterns were full of dynamics in which I was waking up after every instance I underwent. It took me for every two to three hours waking up to visualize the past happenings. When the sleep took me again into the world of wonders, I proceeded with other forms of actions. Due to such patterns of the whole week, it gave my body some form of stress which I could not manage any more. It took advantage of my body health.
In conclusion, my dreams have led me to have the discipline of peace of mind and the pattern development of my life. They are the reality of my future to have good health and maximum peace of minds. It is only my dreamed food and could be not aimed at since it is something obvious for me, as it cannot be one of the best ideals in life. My psychological and physical health interaction was good for instance; I saw chronological development which it might turn to best logic in my future career development gain. The impact of various factors which included; fatigue, diet, stress and exercise will enable me to have a good health better than of today.
