Concepts of good and bad questions
The good question helps generate better solutions towards a problem by uncovering challenges that one might be facing.
Good questions give actionable insight to people. They help individuals see the task they need to do within the organization and how to tackle them.

Reliability considers the extent to which the survey question consistently elicit similar results every time it is asked in a similar situation on recurrent occasions. Inter-rater reliability tests the degree of agreement between several people observing or evaluating something (Price et al., 2017). They help in eliminating subjectivity in a survey and ensure different researchers rate something consistently with little bias. Test-retest reliability reduces influence from the external factors and ensures that all the survey samples are tested in similar ways. They ensure constancy of results in a survey when a sample being tested is repeated at various points.
Internal validity build confidence towards a sample being measured by ensuring trustworthiness and ensuring it is not affected by other factors. External validity shows how the survey finding is much applicable in the real environment. They indicate how research results can be generalized in different settings, situations, and populations (Shaughnessy et al., 2015). Inter-rater reliability would be much important to use by physicians observing a patients' progress, such as a wound. They record the stages of healing of the wound and use rating scales to evaluate the wound's different aspects. The physicians compare their results to different patients generating a strong correlation between the results, and therefore the measurements have higher inter-rater reliability.
