The quality improvement initiative will be capable of finding a multi-component intervention that will improve pain management and pain satisfactory using the Post anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
RN Pharmacological and Parenteral therapies : Phonology is the study of how different drugs are used in the body of a human being while parental therapies are the administration of beneficial nutrition products to the patient. (Bryant, Correll, & Clarke, 2018)

RN assessment : nursing assessment take place when information has been gathered concerning patients psychological, sociological, spiritual needs and find the best way to handle them ( Nelson, 2018 ). This added information will assist in researching the best way to solve the issues.
