The quality improvement initiative will be capable of finding a multi-component intervention that will improve pain management and pain satisfactory using the Post anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).

RN assessment : nursing assessment take place when information has been gathered concerning patients psychological, sociological, spiritual needs and find the best way to handle them ( Nelson, 2018 ). This added information will assist in researching the best way to solve the issues.
