The topic I selected is human resource manager because it will allow me to handle workforce issues in an enterprise. I also view that the career will enable me to improve my management skills, know other people's abilities, and understand how they deliver their responsibilities. 

In researching this career's information under the 15 minutes, I collected data on job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Glassdoor, and LinkUP. The sites allowed me to gather as much information as possible about job experience, age requirements, and experience, among other vital factors. For instance, in the LinkUp portal, I learned that a human resource manager's average salary is about $ 74, 750 per year. 

I acquired information regarding the recent vacancies for human resource positions in companies such as Genpack, Apple, and Hindustan Computers Limited (HCL) 

from the LinkedIn job portal. 

I also found out that a human resource manager's position requires technical, planning, and communication skills. The position also requires a person with experience of not less than 3 years. 

Based on the information I acquired, I realized that I used my time well within fifteen minutes. I was aware of my interests, making it easy for me to know where I should begin gathering the information. 

During my next information research on career interests, I will do better than today because I have information about the different job search portals.
