Globally, different people encounter problems when associating themselves with individuals from different sexual orientations, culture, and religion. Although some people disrespect and stigmatize others due to their differences, we need to embrace each other's way of life. In our case, Jessica performed competently integrating the knowledge and skills in her area of work; for instance, she incorporated her communication and reasoning skills to understand what Benjamin's was going through until Benjamin agreed to her decision. Undoubtedly, some personal information might be very difficult to share since the reaction of the audience is unpredictable; for example, Benjamin's sexual orientation was a secret until his mother found out about his ‘gay box'. Through her diligence, Jessica practiced skills from her area of work drawing her perceptions about the information to determine the potential benefits and convince Benjamin to seek urologist guidance as proposed by his mother.
Generally, Jessica's field of work requires the integration of multiple psychiatric skills to fully understand daily situations and occurrences of individuals. According to Langley and Gordon (2018), to practice within her area, she has to express sensitivity, compassion, and empathy to every information delivered to her. Throughout Benjamin's therapeutic session, Jessica incorporated the Rogerian approach since it embraces the desire and capacity of change and growth of an individual. Individuals' attitudes, self-concepts, and self-directed behavior are prone to alteration due to self-actualization (Thibaut, 2017) . After understanding about Benjamin's family culture, Jessica convinced Benjamin to see a urologist to assist him in how he would stop being interested in same-sex gender. Moreover, the Bible criticizes same-sex relationships; Leviticus 20:13 (The Holy Bible) says that if two men or two women are involved in sexual relations they will be put to death and their blood will be on their own heads.

Unquestionably, my current training program promotes social and emotional diversity, that is, it helps in focusing on and understanding individuals from different backgrounds experiences different social issues. According to Revelation 7:9-10 (The Holy Bible), people from different tribes, nations and linguistic groups were before the Lamb singing suggesting that the Lord embraces diversity. Benjamin's case is both a personal social and emotional developmental change about his sexual orientation, however, his family (mother) is not comfortable with due to their cultural background. The program has taught me how to effectively integrate with the current cognitive personal character for a better understanding of the individual. Also, I have come to realize that discrete emotions are linked with psychological development and not distinguished upon birth but when an individual interacts with others (Thibaut, 2017) . Using this basis, it is evident that Benjamin came to develop his feelings about same-sex during his psychological development which is affected by the social setting where his interactions are based; thus, they can be altered psychologically.
Additionally, the program has instilled different approaches to dealing with psychological situations such as the Rogerian approach. Such an approach is of great significance in handling Benjamin's case of sexuality. Besides, I have acquired communication skills which help in accessing new information and feelings about different individuals' life, culture, and ethnic backgrounds. These skills are paramount in knowing and understanding different people in society. In conclusion, cases of homosexuality have increased in the previous decades due to the changes in the social world whereby some states have legislated laws promoting the LGBT community while others have not. Therefore, urologists and psychiatrists should consider in-depth personal perceptions and emotions towards same-sex relationships for effective emotional healing of their patients.
