The ethics of an individual including the counselors is glued and tied to some basic family elements such as physical and verbal violation and human abuse. However, not all of the ethics cases of violation are as a result of rebellion (Deconinck, 2015). A rebel considers that nothing regarding goodness works for him but rather benefits others. In the case of fulfilling the responsibilities of trust in counseling, it is essential to understand the possibilities that can lead to growth rather than detrimental to the counselor’s work. It is important to have a greater and higher level of trust when it comes to the counseling relationship (Szmigin et al. 2009). Most people violate their counseling ethics by external modems, in most case, money issues. Money the basis and the root of all evils in the world. For one to be faithful to the ethical measures and rules, it is crucial to ensure that the love of money is not a basic character to the counselor. Therefore, the ethics of an individual are in general based on rooted from an individual’s modes (Bond, 2012). Moreover, the counselors should incorporate in them self-care to ensure they are not trapped to these underlying causes. Both the clients and counselor have to adjust to some several recommendations that will help them in the future.

The primary course objective is to understand the ethics of an individual. Moreover, the course intends to express the importance of ethics to counselors and other professionals (Pritchard, 2009). Therefore, reviewing this article will offer the students with a basic understanding of ethical practices and how it is crucial and important in the field of counseling. The article gives a clear knowledge of the barriers to proper implementation and utilization of ethical behaviors to acounselor and their clients. However, the paper gives recommendations to the obstacles for theswift implementation of ethical behaviors.

The article has well supported and developed the discussion section using various illustrations. It has endorsed the discussion using various academic sources including quotations from the Bible to show the evil part of themoney (Williams and Andersen, 2008). The author illustrates that money is evil and can make the counselor deviated from their ethical behaviors that are professionally required of them. Moreover, the uses an example to express and show a practical example of an ethical violation (Bond, 2009). The idea of relating gives a bigger perspective and understanding of a given ideology.

The introduction part of the paper does not provide sufficient information concerning the baseline of the research topic. The information furnished is not catchy to the point of encouraging the reader to read the paper (Williams, 2009). An introduction needs to provide a general understanding of the paper, and what is addressed and discussed using a thesis statement, this is done in this article. Therefore, in the next review, the author need to update the introduction section of the article (Bond, 2009). The recommendations re well build. They have a greater dependency on literature and academic support. It includes the use of counselor laws and rules of regulation.

Therefore, from the above review, it is evident that the article has some strengths and weaknesses at the same time. The article, therefore, shows the ethical relationship between the clients and the counselor. Observing proper codes of conduct will help in maintaining the desired codes among the customers and the counselor. Maintaining ethical behavior increases the relationship level among them ensuring that professional characters and identities remain the same.
