On a patient and population and occupational health basis, it is firmly believed that individuals do seek information regarding the same whenever there is the need to do so. This strategy involves my venture to look for the relevant information for a research paper from the correct and most reliable sources. The health professionals also go for information from qualified and competent peers in the same field to help make my training and research work more viable in the society and even on a global scale ( Livkiss, Andres, Bhargava & van Hees 2018). Through the critical acquisition of knowledge, the nurses would be in a position to articulate the aims and the purpose of the study in an amicable manner.
There is the need to define and assess the problem by formulating the right question. Next, there is the need to search, find, and critically evaluate the viable evidence based on the available data for analysis. There is also the need to plan and implement some form of intervention by adequately integrating the right and viable evidence used in practice. Finally, there is the need to evaluate the actual process and the final findings in the research work to help come up with tangible results that are worth presentation ( Brauer, 2016) . When narrowed down to the American Nurses, it is quite remarkable to note that they still lack the necessary skills to help them carry out research that is rich in evidence.

The social determinants controlled by the hospital include the behavior, environment, cultural, and the socioeconomics that affect the health perspectives in the community. The program also aims at the identification of the availability of the resources and the gaps within the source acquisition of these resources ( Livkiss, Andres, Bhargava & van Hees 2018) . The health disparities in the community are also a common phenomenon to be checked by the health personnel in the hospital. The staff has the responsibility to mobilize and engage the local community in the sharing and organizing the relevant information needed to offer the required health needs to the locals.
