An ePortfolio is a collection of work and assignments in an electronic format that indicates the progress of learning over time. The materials collected will be related to the course undertaken over a specific period and the programs involved in the study. The purpose of my ePortfolio will be to generate learning. It will provide me with an opportunity to critically assess my work as a student majoring in human resource management. I will use the portfolio for the digital collection of all artifacts that relate to human resource management. It is from the collected artifacts that I will be in a position to draw the relationship that exists between various elements of human resources. Also, I will use the ePortfolio as a database for some of my learning achievements. In the future, I will share the ePortfolio with my friends and employees when seeking a job as they will be able to see my level of competency. Studies indicate that ePortfolio is critical in enhancing graduates' employability (McKay and Watty, 2016). Once I graduate, I am planning to use the ePortfolio to reflect on my learning. It will be the best way to prepare and sharpen my skills in human resource docket.
The roles and responsibilities of human resource management in an organization are assignments that reflect the program's learning objectives. The assignment focused on business administration and how best they can be used to improve the output and functionality of an organization. It is from the assignment that I am in a position to show my understanding of the concepts of human resource management in an organization. The artifacts will be organized in a manner where there will be papers and projects, each reflecting on the specific role and responsibilities of human resource management in a company. There will be artifacts on rewarding systems used by HR, ethical issues, and even hiring and termination of contracts by human resource management. That will be enough evidence to an employer in the future after graduation that I am well acquitted with the knowledge and skills needed as an HR specialist. Also, artifacts of human resource theory will indicate a better understanding of the levels of operation in the specialty area. From theories, I will be able to draw real-life examples of how the human resource operates and some of the mechanisms that can be used to navigate.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
I will go about selecting one assignment that satisfies all the learning objectives based on merits and the area of interest. Since I am interested in and specializing in human resource management, I will have to select an assignment that deals with the management taking place in an organization. The merit will be on how the assignment will give me an added advantage in the future. The assignment selected will have to show the employer that I have the knowledge and the needed skills to work in the position that I will be seeking employment. I will also be able to construct feedback on the ePortfolio and make necessary adjustments to improve the quality. Also, the assignment selected will indicate the growth that has taken place since I started the program. Only then can the employer measure my capabilities. The created ePortfolio is to ensure that learning does not stop after graduation and should be a continuous process (Wuetherick and Dickinson, 2015). The assignment will be specific to my area of specialty, which is human resource management. I will be able to create a brand that will reflect what my ePortfolio will entail from the specialization.
