Any behavior or sexual advance on the job that creates a threatening, unfriendly or unpleasant working environs is harassment. 

Sometimes, individuals who harass others do not realize that their behavior is wrong. 

The employer must look to the likelihood that sexual harassment could ensue in their work environs and must undertake measures to avoid its occurrence (Fitzgerald &Cortina, 2018). 

When incidences of sexual harassment happen within a business, they also have severe outcomes and consequences for the organization as a whole. 

An unhealthy workplace creates circumstances that dishearten and hush those who may want to end inappropriate erotic behavior that they are conscious (Marshall, 2017). 

Workers are protected from retribution for making a grievance and should contact the administration or the Human Rights Office straightaway when facing reprisal (Miller & blacker, 2017). 

Culture impacts how homegrown morals influence international business ethics. 

It is important for employees and employers to act according to the workplace guidelines and take part in building a healthy and safe working atmosphere. 

In conclusion, sexual harassment is a vice that should not be experienced by any individual in an organization.
