The warfare of the future requires the transformation of the current U.S. army from the highly bureaucratic and domain-control-structured into an all-domain command and control (JACC). The U.S. army can achieve the formation of JACC by the formation of an all-domain task force (JADTF). The JADFT ensures that all the enlisted service members are all-domain ready. At the same time, the existing service-personnel need a transformation to be all-domain operation (JADO) ready. As Prewitt (2020) notes, leaders at all levels in the U.S. army don’t need to wait for the formation and implementation of the JADTF. All leaders at their respective ranks can start transforming their teams by instilling in them joint enlisted member attributes (JEMA) also called the three Ps. Therefore, leaders’ integration of professional commitment, perspective, and platform to excel are vital in the re-orientating enlisted service-members for JADO.

The integration of the three Ps in the development of soldiers involves the enhancement of professional commitment. Soldiers at an individual level need the basics of identifying right from wrong and develop a strong military character, values for service and adherence to service ethics. As U.S.A ARMY (2015) notes, the bedrock of the U.S. army is its people. The U.S army requires its service-men to be trustworthy. Also, one need to enhance the teams’ ability to operate at the top of Bloom's taxonomy. As such, the service members to not only understand but also research and analyze. Their independent research and analysis facilitate the fast establishment of the solution during JADO. Finally, the leader needs to emphasize the wholesome wellness of the team by encouraging team-building activities.

Leaders have to enhance the service-men possession of a global perspective when transforming them for JADO. A global perspective requires the service-men to master their strategic environment, understand the national defense policy document, and internalize their unit command plan. Service-men should develop understanding of the main adversaries of the USA, their capabilities, and the threats they pose. The leader needs to guide the team to understand the new developments among the army’s adversaries. Finally, they should have a good understanding of their unit command plan and enhance team cohesion, and an understanding of every member.

Leaders also need to mold the physical and digital culture of the service-men to give them a platform to excel during transformation to JADO. The physical culture comprises positive group dynamics, collective intelligence and adaptive and authentic leadership. Goodwin et al. (2018) note that a leader can enhance the group dynamics of a team through the administration of team-oriented activities. As such, individual bonds and develop a mechanism of overcoming vices such as harassment and discrimination. The emphasis on team-work also enabled the team to develop collective intelligence. Collective intelligence enhances the team’s participation in group tasks irrespective of the physical distance of the group members. Thus, when the service members are isolated geographically, they tend to employ collaborative techniques. Lastly, one needs to enhance their leadership skills to exhibit authenticity and addictiveness. Other than the leader possessing a higher rank than their team members, the improvement of communication skills and technical proficiencyenhances control over the team. The digital culture, on the other hand, promotes excellence through communication. The leader needs to ensure the team communicates effectively through the various digital channels (Prewitt, 2020) . Also, digital platforms providea means of simulating situations that cannot be practical.Lastly,it avails information for both the leader and the service-men.

In conclusion, leaders' integration of professional commitment, perspective, and platform to excel are vital in the re-orientating enlisted service-members for JADO. Professional commitment needs the leaders to emphasize the team's ability to adhere to servicemen's values, research and analysis, and whole sum fitness.A global perspective requires the service-men to master their strategic environment, understand the national defense policy document, and internalize their unit command plan. Finally, the leader needs to provide a platform to excel through molding the physical and digital culture of the servicemen.
