There is often great interconnection between an individual’s physical health and their mental health, therefore, separating them is often difficult. They happen to affect each other ( Cohen, 2004) . It is evident that our nights often get significantly influenced by what we engage in during the day. Human being spends most of their time during the day gathering bit of information that they prefer keeping while the other get discarded. In the cases that one happens not to clear their minds by shedding some information stored in the brain, then they risk saturating their brain with lots of useless trivia. For one to successfully process all the information stored in mind, then they have to shut it down entirely and detach it from the outside world. The practice is impossible considering that we /have one brain. The only opportunity therefore available to free the mind is during sleep. In this state, the body is often relaxed and therefore process the useful information and leaves them in one's memories whereas the non-important ones get discarded.
There is great coordination as well as a relationship between what was stored in my mind during the day to that which I dreamt of in the night. For example, in my sleep dream journal of 06/17/2018, before I left for home from work, we had a lot of workload pending which needed to get completed the following day. The only solution to its successful completion was reporting to work early. We, therefore, happened to discuss with my fellow workmates regarding reporting early for work. At night I having woken up twice in 7 hours of sleep, it makes me believe that my mind kept believing that I may get late for work, therefore, coordinating with my body hence the waking up. Upon sleeping for the third time almost the end of my sleeping cycle, dreaming that I had reported early for work is a reflection of the discussion I had with my workmates regarding having to report early for work. It, therefore, shows excellent coordination between the mental and physical experiences one has. On 06/19/2018 there must not have been issues that bothered me during the day hence the slept with no dreams. It clearly shows that my day was smooth; thus I had nothing much in mind. It, therefore, translated to a heavy sleep with no dreams. Relating to my experience on 06/28/2018 night, during the day, I must have thought so much about my dream car. The idea seemed to have overwhelmed my mind that when I slept all that circulated in my mind and translated into a dream was me driving the car. From such experiences, it gets noted that there exists a great linkage and interaction between my psychological and physical health.

Impact of Various Factors
Several factors impacted my dream as well as sleeping patterns in multiple ways. These factors include exercise, dieting et al.
Exercise
Regarding exercise, it got noted that the days in which I had a full body work out, I happened to have a heavy sleep. It evident from my sleep dream journal of 06/25/2018 whereby I slept for 10 hours. The longest time I ever slept on a given day. I equally dreamt the entire period with no interruptions of waking up in the night. I experienced sound sleep ( Belenky et al., 2003) . It shows how exhausted I always felt upon retiring to sleep. Those days that I engaged in no work out for example on 06/28/2018 and 06/27/2018, I happened not to have dreamt. I also experienced no sleep interruptions. It means that I retired to bed without any or mental exhaustion. My mind was clear off various thoughts thereby having nothing much to reflect on inform of dreams when I was asleep.
Dieting
Eating too had a significant impact on my sleeping patterns. Reflecting on day 06/25/2018, I had four meals and worked out before sleeping. It is something I have never taken in the past. The resultant impact on my sleeping patterns was that I happened to sleep the longest. Taking up to 10 hours as compared to 06/22/2018 when I had four meals and missed working out thereby sleeping for 8 hours with a sleep interruption in between my dreams.
Having a clear understanding of the sleep and dream patterns makes an individual know the kind of practices to engage in during the day. When one realizes that participating in specific activities often hinder them from having an uninterrupted sleep, they can either quit the practice or adopt a new way of dealing with the interruptions. For example, from I experience, I got to note that the days whereby I was experiencing sleep interruptions, I had partial body work out. To manage this, I will either resort to having a full body work out on some days and going without a workout in other days. The body exercise will enable me to have enough sleep which is vital for effective body performance during the day. Adopting such a move will further lead to improved physical health considering that I shall have had adequate sleep. To boost my psychological health often gets associated with a healthy state of mental wellbeing. By having enough sleep and exercising, I will reduce the stress levels that get subjected to the brain hence attaining excellent psychological health in the long run.
