Q. "How do you believe employers precede the soft skill levels of many MEC student/ alumni compared to many non MEC student/ alumni."
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Response
Employers often need soft skills from employees. Soft skills are a must to ensure quality delivery in an organization. Employers are not happy if students have graduated from MEC due to their lack of soft skills, which speaks volumes of competence. Being a MEC student is a disadvantage when it comes to employment. Employers assume that a MEC student would not deliver as expected in terms of organizational goals and objectives due to the absence of soft skills. A non-MEC student is often a priority to such employers due to the presence of soft skills attained. Hence, a non-MEC student is prioritized as an employee as compared to a MEC student.
