In the process of making a presentation, peer review and critique helps the audience to understand the topic of discussion. A constructive critique from the audience gives the presenter a chance to respond to the feedback given. It provides the listeners a chance to be active if they are required to give feedback (Van Emden, & Becker, 2016). Forms of critiques in a presentation can take a hamburger method where one begins with a compliment on the presentation and the get to the criticism part and end it with a positive compliment through verbal communication. Another form is the free-form notes from the audience. This involves the audience noting down their critiques in the process of presentation and then give the presenter. Critiques can come from the audience that the questions asked were not answered well (Jolles, 2017). To implement this, I will ensure that I do enough research on a topic before the presentation.

If my composure during the presentation did meet the audience expectation, I would try to build confidence before the presentation and have a good mastery of the content to boost the confidence. In order to implement what has been a success in my classmate’s presentation, I will ask the classmate to carry out self-evaluation of my presentation which I will do before the presentation day to improve my skills (Alberts, Nakayama, & Martin, 2015). I will also try to video my performance to see my presentation and look at the audience reactions objectively. I will also ensure that I pick an appropriate venue for my presentation. Effective group presentation methods include the use of examples, illustrations and visual to support a key point. When organizing a presentation, one should identify key points and present them in a logical order. The speaker should also maintain eye-contact with the audience in order to maintain attention with them ( García-Peñalvo, 2016) . When ending the presentation give the audience a chance to ask questions or give feedback.
