Each subgroup brings out their ideas after a period of socializing. There was confrontation regarding whose opinion is the best. When the leaders announced that we were supposed to work four days a week, some members withdrew as they expected to work two days per week due to other personal activities. A member raised the issue of lack of water in the church compound. The chairman said that there was a church member that would provide the water.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Norming
A member asked how to identify and deal with members who would have joined the group with bad intentions. The secretary announced that the leaders will always be supervising the work seeking to identify anyone who has bad intentions and call the police on them. The subgroups are broken, and all become members of the large group. All members were active here, giving opinion and correcting things that where isn’t proper yet.
